Information and Drop Off Times
Monday–Friday: 7 am–5pm | Saturday: 8 am–4pm | Sunday: 9 am–4pm
Food: Prepare your pets food in zip lock baggies or small plastic container. Please NO large food boxes. If your pet eats wet food on a regular basis be sure to include it as well as any supplements you may want them to take. NO NEED for food bowls – those are all included in their reservation.
Extra Food: Bring 2 extra days (4 bags), and 2 extra cans, of food in case you have a delay in pick up.
Medication: Bring medication plus 2 extra days, in original prescription bottles including the vet instructions. Label your pets belongings.
Provide an itinerary if possible and verify your check out date. We will need an emergency contact number.
Pick Up Times: Check out time with no extra fees is 12 noon daily; after 12pm the fee is $22 per pet.
