This is a 2 part answer. First, NO, they do not have to be altered to board overnight. Every pet must have all their vaccines current and need to be older than 16 weeks. Second part: if your pet goes into heat they cannot stay with us. If your adult dog wants to attend day camp they must be altered. Puppies can wait until they are 9 months or their first heat or testicles have descended. Once this has happened then we require them to be spayed or neutered.

No, we do not accept DIY vaccines. There are many reasons we do not accept home or kennel given vaccines. The most important reason is to make sure your pet has received the most up to date vaccines and that it has been stored and administered properly. This is for the health and safety of all the pets in our facility.

YES, puppies under the age of 9 months can attend camp. They have to have completed all their vaccines. Once they go into heat or their testicles descend, they cannot attend doggy camp until they have been spayed or neutered.

We supply beds and blankets for all pets that are staying overnight. If your pet needs to have a special blanket or t-shirt from home for comfort, please bring it with them – make sure it is labeled. All beds need to stay at home. We only have small washers and they can’t be easily cleaned. If you have a special medical reason for the bed, please be sure to call and discuss this with us. 1 or 2 toys is acceptable.

Evaluations are for dogs who will be attending our day camp open play environment. There is a one time fee of $40 for the evaluation; it takes approximately 3–5 hours depending on the pet. We are watching for sniffing, going potty, drinking water, play style, any aggressive behavior, how they socialize with multiple pets and how they interact with our staff. All of these things help us to understand a little about your dog and how they will fit into our current group of dogs.

Pets need to be checked in at least 1 hour prior to close of business. Monday–Friday check in time is 5pm. Saturday & Sunday check in time is 4pm.

YES YES YES. You can set up your customer portal online or give us a call. If you want to board your pet on the weekends we recommend at least 2 weeks or more to secure your space. Doggy and Puppy camp Evaluations MUST have a reservation. During spring break and holiday season we recommend making your reservation at least 1 month in advance. Some dates do require a non-refundable deposit.
